We want you and your pup to be 100% satisfied with your Sassy Woof gear. If the fit isn't perfect, you can return or exchange any unwashed and unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain clean and hair-free during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
